How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 3 -5 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible and will update you should there be any delays for whatever reason.
How long does shipping take?
All our night lights and light boxes are made in New Zealand, from where they will be shipped. We have tried to include as many countries as possible into our list, however, should you find that your one is not included, please contact us to arrange for it to be added.
All our international shipping is tracked except for the following areas in UK & Europe (Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, San Marino).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Little Lightbox Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
