Returns & Refunds

All refunds are at our sole discretion as we are a small family run, local business striving to create a unique product. We unfortunately cannot offer a refund should you change your mind after ordering, but are happy to assist in replacing any damaged parts.

All assembly parts are checked by us before they leave our office and packed as securely as possible to keep them safe while in the hands of the courier company.

Check your order as soon as you receive it to make sure that it is not damaged.

Should you notice any damage, please contact us within 24 hours of noticing it at t.l.lightbox@gmail.com

We will contact you to arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
